Uber new functionality

It is pertinent to say that without drivers, there is no Uber.That obvious right? well, Uber just infused a new functionality to its app which they call COMPLIMENTS.

Indeed, starting today, when you give your uber driver a Five -star rating, your app will ask you to provide them a little extra feedback which is not mandatory, but if choose, you can give them a sticker that says something like "Awesome or Thank you. Drivers will see these stickers and notes in the section of their app which will tally all the accolades  they receive.

Importantly, it is important to pin point the fact that the whole idea was that Uber needed a way for riders to provide them more and meaningful feedback-not just bad, mediocre and good rides but for great, outstanding and exceptional ones

Inpoint of fact, one thing all drivers want is feedback.They want to know how they're doing; how they can do better; what's the best practice. Indeed, with these new compliments, Uber sees it as a beginning of what could ultimately be a powerful culture shift within its organisation
