Samsung is really, really sorry about the Galaxy Note 7

behind even though the company is still trying to bring up the new Galaxy 8

Interestingly, Samsung addressed the situation
via its site while it does not address any recent concerns around the recall of
some 2.8million top-loading machines. But Samsung touch on the company’s plan
to “do better” moving forward, including an investigation on what precisely caused
dozen of devices to malfunction
